Online Returns Policy

If for any reason you should encounter a problem with your footwear please contact us immediately. We accept returns for new unworn footwear purchased directly through within 30 days from the date of purchase. Return shipping is to be paid by the customer. Shipping cost is non-refundable for returned footwear. Footwear must be returned in its original box with all original packaging. A restocking fee of $6.00 will be assessed if the original packaging has been damaged or filler items are missing. Once we receive your return, we will notify you via email that we have credited your account. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your bank to process and post your refund. Refunds are only given for new footwear in sellable condition. 

Note: Upon receiving your shoes, check the sizing by trying them on indoors, on a carpeted surface so as not to blemish the soles. We do not accept returns or exchanges on shoes that are scuffed, marked, or worn. 

For purchases that were discounted no returns allowed.

All items purchased that were discounted are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. If we receive a returned item that was discounted, the package will be returned to you. No refund will be issued.


Our warehouse does not send out exchanges automatically. Your credit card will be refunded once the warehouse receives and processes your return. You may reorder at any time as these are two separate transactions.

After 45 days from purchase date, orders cannot be refunded or issued merchandise credit.
